About Bourbon Steak
Celebrity chef Michael Mina's polished steakhouse took over the former Shula's space at the Dolphin in 2025. Meals start with a complimentary trio of duck-fat fries and sauces instead of bread, followed by prime cuts, wagyu, a tableside lobster pot pie and tableside old fashioneds. A splurge-worthy dinner for steak lovers and couples celebrating a special night.
