About Maya Grill
Coronado Springs' main sit-down restaurant serves Latin-influenced steaks, seafood and grilled dishes in a dramatic room decorated with Mayan-inspired motifs. It's rarely crowded, making it a relaxed dinner for convention-goers and resort guests who'd rather not travel. A good choice for steak fans seeking value over spectacle.
