Disney World signature dining

Signature restaurants are Walt Disney World's top-end dining rooms: longer menus, serious wine lists and views to match. Many are in the resort hotels, so they're a good way to slow down after a park day.

Some, like Victoria & Albert's and California Grill, are as hard to book as any character meal. Others are much easier, which makes them a good backup if your first choice is full.

Questions

What counts as signature dining at Disney World?

It's Disney's name for its upscale table-service restaurants. Expect higher prices, a more formal feel and, at some, a dress code. Victoria & Albert's is the most formal of all.

Which signature restaurant is easiest to book?

Amare, Cítricos, Il Mulino, Paddlefish, Tiffins and Todd English's bluezoo are usually the easiest to get a table at.
